Could not have a better location & view for a beach weekend or vacation! They have incredibly helpful staff - always accommodating, helpful & friendly. Will give you the best tips for a great stay and dining around town. Accommodations are great.

Was a little hesitant to stay after reading some of the online reviews but was pleased with our stay. The staff was very accommodating and the room was newly renovated. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the location perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere and still far enough away from the major crowds. Only issue really was the lack of ramp to the boardwalk which makes it difficult with strollers. We'd stay again.

Stayed twice already and can't wait for our 2010 vacation. Great location, great people, lovely rooms, great balcony views. We love the fact that we can park the car and never really need it, we can walk everywhere we need to go! Love it!!!

the henlopen is the bomb, this is the only place we stay, the staff treat you like family.I would recomend this hotel.

My children and I love going there. The beach is not crowded and it's close to the outlets. Much more relaxing than OC with everything you need. The hotel and staff are nice too:)

Our favorite place to stay in Rehoboth. Quiet, friendly, helpful staff. Stay several times throughout the season. Can't wait to get there in 2010.
