Recently renovated with all new Cabinets, Granite Countertops and Appliances, our Apartment is ready for an extended stay at the beach. Offering all the luxuries of home, one room features two queen sized beds and a bath, while its sister space contains a full kitchen, sleeper sofa and dining area all connected through a doorway. Each room has access to both a separate balcony and exterior walkway. Linens and towels included.

Can I rent beach chairs and umbrellas?
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent direct in front of the hotel. This service is offered at a nominal fee through a City of Rehoboth Beach concessionaire.

Do you have wheel chair accessible rooms?
The Henlopen Hotel does offer handicapped accessible room however, some rooms are more accessible than others. Please inquire with the front desk if this is required.
Does the Henlopen Hotel have a restaurant?
Unfortunately no. However, ask our front desk team to make a reservation for you at your favorite local restaurant. If you cannot decide, we can offer suggestions.
Does the hotel provide beach tags?
Rehoboth is a free public beach.

If you booked through the hotel, please contact us at 302-227-2551. If you booked through a third party, you will need to contact them.
Is smoking allowed?
The Henlopen Hotel is a smoke free establishment. However, you are able to smoke in the designated areas on the first floor only.
Is the Henlopen Hotel an Oceanfront Hotel?
Yes, We are less than 100 steps away from the sand, located directly on the Ocean at the quiet north end of Rehoboth’s famous boardwalk.
Is there a breakfast?
Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, we have discontinued breakfast indefinitely.
Is there WIFI?
Yes, we provide FREE WIFI for our guests.
What if I arrive early?
We cannot guarantee you that your room will be ready before 3 However if you do arrive early we can give you a parking pass and you can use our newly renovated changing rooms to go enjoy the beach. We can give you a call to let you know your room is ready.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 72hrs of arrival are fully non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Cancellations made between 72hrs and 5 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the overall stay including tax.
Cancellations made prior to 5 days of arrival are fully refundable.
When can I check into my room and what time is check out?
Check-in begins at 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Where is parking located and how many parking spots do I receive?
Parking is located in our parking garage connected to the hotel. You will receive one free parking pass. Due to limited parking we are unable to provide more than one parking pass per room.
